Anger is normal if it is not too much and destructive. Sometimes when angry, there is a tendency that you become harmful. It is okay to be angry but you must know how to control anger.

Know the root of your anger. Why are you feeling mad? It’s only you who knew the cause why you are angry. Take time to ask yourself and examine the situation. Understanding the cause can help you deal with your situation.

When you are angry, better close your eyes, count and open it. This is a method of calming yourself. Being impulsive is a result of your anger. To avoid doing regretful things when you are angry, make a space to lessen your ill feeling. Practicing this method can make it easier for you to think immediately on what to do once you get angry. It can help you control your outburst.

Find an outlet. A punching bag is a good material. You can pour out everything in the punching bag. If you are to take several punches, it will surely lessen your ill feeling. You can walk and feel the fresh air. Your environment can help you erase your negative feeling. Anything that will need you to exert some energy and effort will surely help you deal better with your emotion. You are trying to calm yourself. Others shout at the top of the building or at the hill to release their anger. You can always try what is better to make you come back to your senses other than hurting another and regretting at the end.

Think of anything that can calm you. Being alone is sometimes helpful when you are upset. Think of fond memories. This certainly will make you smile. Remember that anger will just pass out. DO not let it enter to your heart for a long time. So it is better to let it out the moment you feel it but in a way that it won’t hurt anyone.
